How it works

The mechanics, end to end.

Where the fees go, how a pack is bought and opened, how one holder is picked, and why none of it depends on trusting us.

The loop

Four steps. Every one of them on-chain.

No team picks the winner and no wallet holds the prizes. A Solana program moves the fees, escrows each card and verifies the draw; a keeper only submits transactions anyone could submit.

  1. 01

    People trade

Every buy and sell on pump.fun pays a creator fee: 0.30% on the bonding curve, up to 0.95% on PumpSwap.

  2. 02

    Fees fill the vault

90% of every creator-fee claim goes straight into the vault PDA. The team keeps at most 10%, and the program rejects any split that gives it more.

  3. 03

The biggest pack is bought and opened

Each round lasts 15 minutes. As fees come in, the vault climbs a ladder of pack prices, $25–$5,000. When the round closes it buys the highest milestone reached, opens it live and escrows the card NFT. Whatever is left rolls into the next round.

  4. 04

    One holder wins it

Balances are snapshotted 12 times and committed as a merkle root. A future slot hash picks the ticket; the winner claims with a proof.

    commit_windowdrawclaim_prize

Time-weighted, not last-minute

Your tickets are your balance summed across every snapshot in the window. Buying minutes before the draw earns almost nothing; holding through it earns the most.

Committed before the dice exist

The holder tree is committed on-chain first. The randomness is the hash of a slot 20 slots in the future, so nobody, including us, knows the winner at commit time.

Anyone can draw and claim

draw and claim_prize are permissionless. The card waits in a program-owned escrow and can only ever go to the wallet in the winning merkle leaf.

Tokenomics

Simple supply. Fees with a job.

A standard pump.fun token with no tax and no presale. What makes it different is where part of the creator fee goes, and that the program, not a person, enforces it.

Where every trade fee goes

Per trade on PumpSwap at a 420–1,470 SOL market cap.

Total supply
1,000,000,000

Standard pump.fun supply. Fair launch on the bonding curve: no presale, no private round.

Buy / sell tax

A plain SPL token. Trades pay only pump.fun's own fees shown on the left.

Pack share
90%

fee_bps = 9,000. The program only accepts 9,000–10,000, so the team can never take more than 10% of creator fees.

What the vault buys
$25–$5,000

Every open Pokémon pack on pump.fun, from Collector Crypt's machines. Each round buys the biggest one its fees reach.

Prize custody
Escrow

Each card is held by its window's PDA until the winner's proof is verified on-chain.
